Meghan has experience working in adolescent and adult eating disorder treatment at residential and outpatient levels of care. She specializes in intuitive eating, and the treatment of eating disorders, body image issues, and disordered eating. She supports recovery from chronic dieting, and works comfortably with clients who might struggle with chronic medical conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, PCOS, and more.
Currently, Meghan works in the clinical setting with a special interest in enteral & parenteral nutrition. At Nutrition Factory, she provides nutrition counseling in-person and virtually. Meghan uses a non-diet approach with a focus on nourishment, empowerment, skill-building, compassion, and prevention. She is committed to meeting patients where they are to build their relationship with food on the pathway to nourishment.
In her free time, you can find Meghan on the slopes, making jewelry, playing soccer, biking, or laughing with friends and family.
