Shelley Woolsey is an independent provider of nutritional counseling services and a co-owner of Nutrition Factory, LLC.  She works in North Andover, MA and sees clients in person and virtually.

Before transitioning to private practice, Shelley worked in prenatal and infant nutrition for 15 years and served as an adolescent nutrition consultant for several area boarding schools in Central Massachusetts.

Shelley’s specialties include treating disordered eating and eating disorders, intuitive eating, pediatric and adult non-diet weight management, adolescent health and wellness, sports nutrition, women’s health, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and cholesterol management.  

She practices with a Health at Every Size belief and with a trauma informed approach to nutritional counseling.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and animals, music, reading, gardening, and introverting at the ocean.
